Dr. Martinez is a godsend. My first two children went to another local factory type orthodontics establishment where they had a revolving door policy - one orthodontist serving their entire clientele. My first two children must have gone through about four different orthodontists while we were there. There was no personal relationship with patients and very poor customer service especially when there was an emergency as is the case often with braces. I decided I was not going to go the same route with my third child. I looked around and I came across Dr. Martinez’s practice. His practice is the polar opposite of the other establishment. His office was clean, he was patient and connected with my son - something not so easily done. That personal connection is rare nowadays. He was available for any emergencies and very accommodating. Stop looking for other places! Best place you can go to in miami!!! The owner is amazing! The office is super clean and all work done was super gentle and I was in and out. I went to a dentist to get a cleaning and they asked me who did my braces because the work looked amazing. I went to another ortho place in Miami with tons of 5 star reviews and they tried charging me an insane amount more and they were gonna put me on my braces for another year. I came to Dr. Martinez and he told me I didn’t need everything they recommended and he had my teeth lined up PERFECTLY super quickly and was just amazing. I’ve known Dr. Martinez for years, as he treated not only me but also my siblings when we were much younger. He’s truly the real deal. He knows exactly what he’s doing and does an incredible job. More importantly, he genuinely cares about his patients.
I recently started seeing him again as an adult (because I didn’t wear my retainers. Kids, please wear your retainers. Your teeth will move). Coming back felt like reuniting with family. He remembered so many stories from my childhood braces days, even my parents and the time our childhood dog broke our retainers (that dog definitely gave him more business).
